We're updating our Fees and Charges

We’re changing our Home Loan Fees & Charges booklet and there’s important information you need to know.

Third party fees will be passed on to you

From 23 March 2023, if we incur any third party fees as a result of any matter relating to your Loan Contract or Security, they will be passed on to you at cost.

For example, if you pay out your loan and discharge the Security, PEXA may charge BankVic a discharge fee (currently up to $58.74) and BankVic will pass that fee to you.
