Talent Acquisition Consultant

About this role…

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will join our growing and dynamic People & Culture team to provide high quality Talent Acquisition support and help manage the end to end recruitment lifecycle, candidate management and onboarding process across the organisation. Working closely with your key stakeholders you will manage the recruitment process from brief to offer ensuring that an optimal candidate experience is being maintained. You will be responsible for building talent pipelines through various channels. On any given day you will be writing and posting job ads, screening candidates, shortlisting for hiring managers, scheduling and conducting technical, competency and behavioural based interviews, conducting psychometric testing and probity checks, preparing offers and updating recruitment and requisition systems

You have strong experience recruiting across various sectors and core business functions and you are quite at ease operating in an agile, fast-paced environment. You have a mix of internal recruitment experience perhaps with a little agency background but you are most happy operating in a consultative role. You in a nutshell

•You have at least 5 years previous experience in an internal recruitment role

•You have completed (or are currently completing) tertiary qualifications in HR or a similar discipline

•You have experience aligning EVP and recruitment strategy to business needs

•You are experienced with operational recruitment practices and have exposure to strategic talent tools, platforms including LinkedIn Talent, HRIS / ATS implementations

•You are a trusted advisor  with highly developed engagement skills and are comfortable supporting stakeholders to deliver on best talent practice
