Reporting to our Contact Centre Team Leaders you will join our established contact team to help us service our amazing members. You will provide quality service in relation to general enquiries, customer service and day to day transactions for current and potential BankVic members, in order to achieve maximum member satisfaction and optimise our member experience. This role will see you handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our members to ensure we are optimising their member experience and exceeding service delivery across our business.

•You have a good knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework, including AFSL and ACL obligations and Privacy legislation
•RG146 Tier 2 certification or be prepared to undertake such training
•You have 1-2 years previous experience in a contact centre environment preferably in banking and insurance
•You are a team player who really embraces positive work culture
•You love building genuine relationships with a customer focus
