Process Improvement Guru – Lending & Sales

About this role…

Reporting to the Head of Sales – Operations you will join the Process Improvement team to develop, manage and drive continuous process improvements within Sales & Service by analysing existing processes and systems and implementing improvements aligned with the business strategy. With a strong focus on systems improvements and integration you will work to maximise outputs of the functions across the Sales & Service, Lending, Insurance, Mobile Bankers and Branch Network teams. You will review and identify opportunities to improve current processes and workflows, looking for efficiencies that will benefit members and staff. You will act as the main point of contact for all key stakeholders from all levels across the business, including third parties, in relation to all system changes, upgrades and projects relating to the Sales & Service area.

You in a nutshell

•You have at least  5 years previous experience operating in Lending /Sales reporting role with exposure to P&R, Origen and Ultracs or similar systems

•You have good knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework, including AFSL and ACL obligations and Privacy legislation.

•You are Tier 2 FSR qualified and have solid knowledge and understanding of lending procedures including adherence to responsible lending under the NCCP Act

•You are a strong communicator and influencer with the ability to partner across the business

•You are highly organised with strong attention to detail and able to adapt to new systems quickly
