People & Culture Business Partner

About this role…

Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will join our growing People & Culture team to provide generalist advice to employees and people leaders at BankVic in order to build leader capability, resolve workplace issues and to assist in the delivery of BankVic’s P&C strategy. This role has a strong focus on driving culture change, performance improvement and leadership capability including supporting in the development and delivery of key initiatives through the effective balance of performance excellence and fit for purpose practices. You will be involved in a large range of P&C projects and solutions that impact the entire business and as such you will be responsible for building strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring that an exceptional employee experience is delivered.

This is where you come in…

You are a HR generalist with a real passion for delivering value adds in a true business partner capacity. You aren’t afraid of rolling your sleeves up to flex between operational and strategic focus. You have experience with ER case management and bring a modern lens across various HR project initiatives such as reward and recognition programs, improving employee experience, HRIS implementation, leadership capability training and remuneration reviews. You have worked across a broad spectrum of HR disciplines and are now looking for a challenging and varied role with a solid mix of BAU and project delivery that you can really sink your teeth into. You in a nutshell

•You have at least  2-3 years previous experience in a People & Culture / HR Business Partnering role

•You have completed (or are currently completing) tertiary qualifications in HR or a similar discipline

•You bring previous ER case management and demonstrated delivery experience across various HR projects 

•You are dynamic, confidential,  resilient and deadline driven with a penchant for problem solving and rapport building

•You are a trusted business partner with highly developed engagement skills and are comfortable supporting business leaders and stakeholder on a variety of HR queries
