Now, how about this role?

Reporting to the Team Leader New Membership & Outbound you will join a newly formed team in our Sales and Servicing department which will be directly responsible for deepening relationships with our members, obtaining a higher share of wallet by building rapport, identifying member needs and matching Bank Vic products and services to those needs. You will provide a high level of quality service and an optimal member experience through the new member life cycle from inquiry to on boarding and fulfilment which includes our new member calling programs. This role will see you handling inbound calls and making outbound calls to our members to ensure we are optimising their member experience and exceeding service delivery across our business.

This is where you come in…

This is by no means your ordinary customer service role. On any given day you will be assisting our amazing members with their memberships, new accounts, term deposits, personal loans, credit cards, general insurance products and eventually home loans. With a lot of variety you will find this role challenging and rewarding in the same breath. You will be joining a brand new team of sales ninja’s that can strike that fine balance between building rapport, asking those important questions to identify the right products to best service while ensuring that we are driving products and services across our member base.

Let’s face it you’re a bit of a sales weapon! You're bright, charismatic and have bags of energy. You have impeccable communication skills, a wonderful phone manner, and could sell the ocean a cup of water! You're team focused and have a hunger for results, but most of all, you are passionate about ensuring every member receives the ‘Banking with Heart’ experience. You love what you do, you want to be recognised for the magic that you create and you want to know that there are genuine career progression opportunities for star performers – well this could just be the role for you.

You in a nutshell

•You have a good knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework, including AFSL and ACL obligations and Privacy legislation with a minimum of 1 years lending experience

•You are a team player who really embraces positive work culture

•You are a sales pro who is action orientated and results driven

•You are a strong communicator with great attention to detail and time management skills
