Reporting to the Head of Relationships & Mobile Banking you will join our passionate and dedicated team of Mobile Banker’s and Relationship Manager’s to help maintain and grow the BankVic brand within our sector. Your focus will be building relationships with key contacts and being actively involved with the BankVic community to deepen relationships with our amazing members and ensure that their Home Loan experience is delivered with heart. Through the provision of exceptional customer service delivery you will build rapport to identify member needs and match BankVic products and services to those needs. You will achieve sales targets by leveraging off new and existing members and optimise opportunities generated within the member community. At BankVic our members are at the core of all we do so ensuring that our members banking experience is exceptional every time and above all ensuring that the happiness and satisfaction of our members is being achieved will be at the forefront of all that you do.

•You have a good knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework, including AFSL and ACL obligations and Privacy legislation (background in Financial Services/Lending preferred)
•You have a minimum of 2-5 years previous residential lending experience (preferably in a mobile/BD role)
You have previously held a DLA
•You are a proactive sales pro who is always on the hunt for your next opportunity , results driven and has impeccable attention to detail
•You are a natural networker who really embrace positive work culture and loves building genuine relationships
