Now, how about this role?

Reporting to the Head of Sales - Branch Network you will join the BankVic Branch Management team in a pivotal leadership role. Overseeing a small team, you will develop new business from our growing member base within the current local community. Based out of our Royal Children's Hospital Branch this role will see you strengthening local relationships by accurately identifying and matching member needs to drive retail banking and lending services.

You in a nutshell

•You have good knowledge of the financial services regulatory framework, including AFSL and ACL obligations and Privacy legislation.

•You have a solid working knowledge and understanding of lending procedures including adherence to responsible lending under the NCCP Act, with current DLA approval.

•You have previous Branch Management experience with proven BD/Relationship Management experience

•You have strong leadership skills with demonstrated success motivating, coaching and developing teams to perform at a high level

•You are extremely detail orientated, able to act independently and thrive in a member focused environment
