What we take care of

We’ll switch any direct debits and credits which you’ve previously arranged, based on the BSB and account number you provide relating to your old financial institution. These could be your salary, phone bills, insurance, energy bill, water bill, shares, dividends, Centrelink payment and more.

Are you new to BankVic? Simply follow these 3 easy steps.

Step 1:

First become a BankVic member by completing the right form

Adult membership – individual/joint
Youth membership (PDF)

Step 2:

Complete the Switch of Regular Payments Arrangement form (PDF).

Step 3:

Submit the fully completed and signed form via the following options

And we’ll take care of the rest by completing and submitting a form to your old financial institution advising them of the changes.

If you're an existing BankVic member, please complete one of these options:

Option 1:

Call us on 13 63 73 option 3 and we'll send a form to you. You can submit your form using one of the options below.

Option 2:

Download the Switch of Regular Payments Arrangement form (PDF).

Exclusions

Transactions not included in the switching process

  • Payments made more than 13 months ago.
  • One-off or recurring payments which you have set up online with internet banking.
  • Payment arrangements you've made recently which have not resulted in a transaction to date.
  • Transactions or direct debits which have been made using a debit or credit card using your card number and expiry date.
