Chief Executive Officer
Stephen was appointed Chief Executive Officer of BankVic in February 2015.
A pure financial services career, Stephen joined BankVic as Executive Manager Finance in January 2014, leading Finance, Operations, Credit Control, Treasury and Administration.
Prior to BankVic, Stephen has held executive positions at ANZ as Head of Technology and at Aviva as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer in Central Europe and Chief Financial Officer in Spain. Stephen joined Aviva from Banco Santander in London where he held various senior positions including Chief Financial Officer at Santander Asset Management UK. Prior to Banco Santander, Stephen was at AMP Henderson Global Investors.
Stephen is a Fellow CPA, holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Commerce, Accounting.
He is married with three children and interests include rugby, travel and exploring Melbourne.

Chief Sales Officer
Rosemary was appointed in May 2014 and has 36 years of experience working in Banking & Finance.
Previously working with Victoria Teachers Mutual Bank for 20 years, she has experience in Contact Centres, Sales, Insurance, Branches, Lending, Cards, Foreign Exchange and Financial Planning.
Rosemary is responsible for the Contact Centre, Lending, Insurance, Branches, Financial Planning and Sales results.
She holds a Graduate Diploma in Banking & Finance, Insurance Affiliate, Diploma of Mortgage Lending and is a Senior Associate Member of the Financial Services Institute of Australasia (FINSIA).

Chief Technology Officer
Graham Miller has over 30 years of information technology experience, with the last 26 years in the banking and finance sector which included the State Bank Victoria and Commonwealth Bank of Australia.
He has qualifications in accounting and commercial information systems and is a member of the Information Systems Audit and Control Association, and Certified Professional of the Australian Computer Society, ACS.

Chief People and Culture Officer
Mari joined BankVic as Chief People & Culture Officer in October 2015 following several leadership roles across a diverse range of industries - financial services, aviation/logistics, sales, telecommunications and professional services. She is a proven leader of transformation projects around organisational change and culture, performance initiatives, business processes, and, organisational culture.
Mari is a dynamic change agent, with qualifications in change and cultural tools and people metrics, and she has implemented a number of people and performance initiatives that have led to the achievement of various HR industry awards.
Chief Digital and Data Officer
Scott was appointed Chief Digital and Data Officer in September 2016 with a career spanning three decades in Financial Services, Telecommunications and Technology.
Prior to joining BankVic, Scott held executive positions at ANZ in Australia, Barclays, Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and News in the UK. His experience spans executive management, professional services and the introduction of new technology into businesses to raise productivity and improve customer experience.
