You will be reporting in to the Contact Centre Team Leader and be a part of a fast paced and motivated team.
You will be responsible for handling and processing new memberships and accounts, term deposits, account access method enquiries and identifying opportunities to cross-sell BankVic products and services.
Work on outbound campaigns as required.
Actively identify needs and offer mutually beneficial solutions for members.
Put our members first and live by our 'Banking with Heart' motto.
You should have:
Enthusiastic and energetic personality
Passion and the drive to exceed members' expectations.
Ability to identify sales opportunities and cross-sell applicable products.
RG146 Tier 2 certification or be prepared to undertake such training.
Knowledge and understanding, or the ability to gain knowledge and understanding of financial services products and systems, including basic knowledge of credit products.
