Key responsibilities will include:
Actively identify the needs of our members and offer products and services to match their needs.
Handling lending and overdraft enquiries and loan and card applications through to a timely decision.
Handle insurance enquiries, quotes and requests for other information from existing and potential members.
You will have:
Passion and the drive to exceed member's expectations.
RG146 (Tier 2) certification.
