Key responsibilities will include:
To provide an effective, honest and fair service to both internal and external customers.
Actively identify the needs of our members and offer products and services to match their needs.
Handling lending and overdraft enquiries and loan and card applications through to a timely decision.
Handle insurance enquiries, quotes and requests for other information from existing to potential members.
You will have:
The passion and energy to motivate yourself and be part of a strong sales culture where members matter.
Passion and the drive to exceed member's expectations.
RG146 (Tier 2) certification.
