Head of Marketing - Retention & Engagement

A fantastic opportunity exists for Head of Retention & Engagement with at least 5-7 years of experience to join and lead Marketing efforts in retaining, engaging and growing the existing BankVic customer base across products and channels.

  • Reporting to the Chief Product & Marketing Officer, you will be part of a great team that helps us all shine! 
  • You will be responsible for strategy development and implementation, including but not limited to, building business cases and driving the agenda to support decision making.
  • You get a real kick out of leading a Customer Experience and Retention team. 
  • You will be responsible for customer behaviour assessment, interrogating and understanding the data, business drivers and subsequent insights.   
  • Through your retention expertise and understanding of our bonded markets, you will dive for unique opportunities and conduct behavioural analysis across segment, to deliver the next best offer! 
  • You pride yourself on your pioneering marketing techniques and knowledge of key marketing automation tools and digital focus groups. 
  • You will also be responsible for establishing retention and 'save' discipline across channels within BankVic. Focus on pre-emptive and save-efforts across channels. 
  • You have experience in project management and a proven track record of delivering bottom-line results on time 
  • You value putting in the hard yards to understand customer needs in the market segment. 
  • Your commercial acumen knows how to navigate the challenges and where to get bang for the buck!

You are degree qualified and a 'solutions focused' thinker. Your dream is to be immersed in the BankVic brand and follow the vision to ensure the retention strategy is clearly followed through the Retention & Engagement Team (and the entire organisation).
