Wayne was elected to the Board in 2009, and was Deputy Chairman from 2012 - 2014. He is a Victorian Police officer with 32 years of service, holds a Master of Education, a Graduate Diploma in Public Administration and a Diploma of Training.
Wayne is a member of the Corporate Governance, Remuneration and Nominations Committees.

Adrian was elected to the Board in 2011, and elected Deputy Chairman in November 2016. He has been a member of Victoria Police for 32 years. Adrian’s police service has included deployments to the National Crime Authority and Australian Crime Commission and he holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Management and Diploma of Workplace Training and Assessment Systems.
Adrian is the Chair of the Remuneration Committee, and a member of the Risk Management Committee.
David was elected to the Board in 2009, and was Deputy Chairman from 2014 - 2016. He has been a serving member of Victoria Police for 20 years, and holds a Bachelor of Business (majoring in marketing and management).
David is a member of the Risk Management Committee.

John Capewell has been a member of Victoria Police for 30 years. He has been a Director since 1999 and was Deputy Chairman from 2003 - 2012.
John is the Chair of the Risk Management Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.
Marianne was elected to the Board in 2011. She started her career with Victoria Police in 2002 after 15 years of running her own accounting business. Marianne was promoted to Detective with the Crime Department in 2008.
Marianne is the Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee, and a member of the Audit Committee.
GAICD, CPA, CFE, BCom, GradDipFraudInvestigation, DipCompanyDirectorship, FAIM
Steven was elected to the Board in 2013. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Accounting) and is a Certified Practising Accountant. He is a Director with the Commonwealth Government and a previous member of Victoria Police.
Steven is the Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration Committee.

Lucinda was elected to the Board in 2016. She was Deputy Commissioner with the Victorian Police and has spent 33 years working within the Emergency services sector, including her most recent role as CEO of the Country Fire Authority.
She has been recently appointed as a CEO of the Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation.
Lucinda is a member of the Risk Management and Corporate Governance Committees.
